His many books, newsletters and interviews have covered a huge range of topics from telemarketing, creating high response yellow pages and newspaper ads, as well as speaking and PR tricks. This interview however focuses upon the internet and how small retailers can use it in simple, highly innovative ways to boost sales and customer loyalty.
